How do I open a .PPV file?

The only copy of a presentation that we have is a .PPV file. We would like
to know how to convert or open this file with PowerPoint. We do not have any
Windows CE devices to use to open this file.

Unless I'm very wrong there's only bad news. You cant get from PPV to PPT as
far as I know.

Hope someone knows better.
