My Outlook in Office 2003 always opens a new window that shows only a small
partial title bar. I then have to click on the title bar and maximize the
window to use it. New windows had previously opened in a maximized ready to
use format, but suddenly changed and I have not been able to restore the
previous setting. Can anyone help me reset this to the previous condition?
