How do i open and use microsoft frontpage?

FP does not come with any version of Windows. There is;
however; a Front Page folder located on the computer. This
is an integral part of the Windows Operating system and
works with the web publish and network neighborhood
features.

you need to buy the product - but I assume you do have it. - It doesn't come
with Windows. Just double click the icon (usually on the desk top).
