How do I open blocked level 2 attachments?

I sent myself an Access file from my office to my home. Now at home I can't
open the file because Outlook has it blocked. How do I get to the file?

For Outlook Express, select Tools | Options | security tab and uncheck the
second item from the top concerning potentially dangerous attachments.
