how do I open e Doc.when says "the file is not available

I worked everyday with Word and one day when I tried to open a Word Doc.
won't open and kept saying "the file is not available " the same file I
opened 100 times can anybody guide me to correct answer

If you're using Symantec/Norton AntiVirus, try disabling the Office
Plugin that comes with it (but don't disable Norton AutoProtect). See
