How do I open email that is sent in powerpoint?

I get alot of emails sent to me that were created in power point, and I can't
get them open so I end up having to delete them. What do I have to do to get
these emails opened?

As Austin said - and if you don't have PowerPoint, you can download the free
PowerPoint Viewer from Microsoft's download pages.
