How do I open messages in html

Since installing Vista, some of my emails arrive in text with only limited
message. The line which says click here if you are having trouble reading
the email doesn't work and when cut and pasted into a browser gives an error
message. How can I fix it please.

Are you running AVG 8 and do you have it set to scan email? If so,
uncheck "certify email" and that should take care of it.
