how do I open messages other than using select

I am not able to open all incoming email messages. Those that I cannot open
I must right click and use "select", which then displays the message in blue.
I cannot print the message out in this format.

I would suggest that you repost your question in a newsgroup
supporting whatever email software you're using. This newsgroup is for
a different program, the database software Microsoft Access.
