It won't be - you will have downloaded a LARGE file. You need to
double-click on it to install the program....

I'm sorry - I'm really not stupid - but double click on what? there was no
dialogue box, nothing. i clicked the 'download now' button, which took me to
the register page, i registered, got an email, and that was it. it didn't
look like anything was downloaded - like i said, no dialogue box adn now if i
go back to the register screen, it tells me i've exceeded the allowed
downloads - wtf?

okay, seriously, this is ridiculous. where is the program? where do i enter
my key? this should not be difficult - i've downloaded itunes, adobe acrobat
reader and a Frame Forge free trial without a problem - why is microsoft
giving me a hassle?

When you downloaded the program, what file or directory did you choose to
download it to? That's where it's at. Then you install it. Then you
activate it.

That's just it - I didn't get ANY dialogue box - i registered, then nothing
happened. I don't think it actually downloaded, but i was emailed a key. so
if it didn't actually download, what do i do? i tried clicking download now
again, but the register screen comes up and when i put in my info, it tells
me i've exceeded the allowed downloads (or something like that). Thanks for
your help.
