How do I open new browser windows with linked urls from hyperlink.

What do you mean by
"new browser windows with linked urls" ?

To open a link in a new window highlight the link, right click and choose
"hyperlink properties"
Set the Target Frame to _blank (new window)

In HTML/Code view the link will be similar to

<a href="pagename.htm" target="_blank">link text</a>

If you are familiar HTML and javascript you could also use like

<a href="pr01.htm" onclick="javascript:
window.open('pr01.htm','windowname','toolbar=yes,status=yes,menubar=yes,scro
llbars=yes,resizable=yes')">press release</a>
