How do i open new web page with no scroll bars in frontpage?

I have created a form page/contact us form and would like my confirmation
page to open on top, keeping the original page open underneath. I would also
like to make my confirmation box fixed in size with no scroll bars or icons.

Is this possible?

Not possible w/ the std FP forms handler and confirmation page
- you would need custom server side scripting
