I have downloaded my Nokia phonebook but it is in .pbf format. How do I open

1. Not an Office issue.
2. Did you contact Nokia and ask them? That's where I would start. Well,
that's not quite true - I would start with Google and if that failed, then I
would call/contact Nokia.

Good point. I just got my first cell phone in December and it doesn't have
anything fancy like an exportable address book.
