How do I Open Powerpoint 2000 files in Powerpoint 2003?

When I try to open files in PPT 2003 that I made in PPT 2000, I get an error
message that says that Powerpoint can't read the file. Anyone have a solution
to this problem? This is rather urgent. Thanks in advance for your help.

Install Service Pack 1 for Office 2003.
From PowerPoint,Help -> Check for Updates

Have you applied all the service packs available for PowerPoint 2003? This
issue was fixed in service pack 1.
