How do I open "wfc" file in M/S Outlook?

www.filext.com suggests that a .wfc file could be an Adobe
Acrobat Reader 6.0 file. If that is true, then Outlook can't
open it directly. Have you tried to open it in Adobe Acrobat or
Adobe Reader?

I would suggest asking the file's originator what program they used to
create it.
