how do i organise contacts into address book

When in mail mergi, and i want to print multiple envelopes, when asks select
recipients i click on outlook contacts, Choose contact folder, dialog box
comes up asking to choose folder (which is contacts,) i click on that and
the whole 400 contacts come up, is there a way of just bringing up suppliers
or customer folder on there own

Please help

You can choose which contacts to use if you start the merge from Outlook
instead of from Word. First select the contacts, then click Tools | Mail
Merge and choose your options there.
