Contacts Folder
===============

When I open Outlook with the list of folders on the left, I see under the
"contacts" label two folders: "Contacts" and "SML 090910".

When I right-click on the "Contacts" folder, and select "Properties", then
"Folder Size", I see the Folder Name is "Contacts", the size without
subfolders is 705 KB, the total size with Subfolders is 1033 KB.

The list of subfolders is:
SML 081017 size 0
SML 081219-1 size 0
SML 090105 size 0
SML 090113 size 0
SML 090910 size 329 KB

I don't see any of the empty folders showing up in the Contacts list.

Question 1)
How do I delete the empty folders? The only place I see them listed is in
this one dialog box, which has no "Delete" button, and does not show a menu
when I right-click on a folder. I am generating two or three folders a
month, and after a short period of time, this will become a problem if I
can't delete them.

Address Book
============
The Address Book view has a box on the upper left where I can choose which
Address Book to use. The list of available Address Books is:
Contacts
SML090515-2
SML 090910

The Address Book "SML090515-2" probably has about 300 or 400 names in it -
it isn't empty. It did not show up in Contacts folder pane.

In Tools -> Options, if I select "SML090515-2", I can delete it here, as I
can also delete the other two Address Books, "Contacts" and "SML 090910".

Question 2)
How do I get the "SML090515-2" Address Book to show up in my Folders pane,
with the other two address books?
