I would like to know how to organize the group folders in Access 2003. I
would also like to know how to rename them

The group folders hold links to the objects in the main database window's
objects areas. To add an item to a group folder, right click the item in its
window and choose Add to Group. You can choose and existing group or a New
Group.

To rename a group, right click the group icon under the Groups header in the
main database window and choose Rename Group. You can drag and drop
shortcuts in a group on the name for another group to copy the shortcut to
that other group.

OK, LOL. Thanx.

Well, you didn't specify how you wanted to organize them. You're right, I
don't see a way to reorder the groups themselves. They appear to be in
chronological order by when they were created. That being the case, you
could create a temporary group, move the icons from one group into that one
then delete the now empty group and recreate it then move the icons back. Do
this in the order you want the groups to appear. I know it's not pretty, but
it should work. When you're done, delete the temporary group.
