how do I paste a document to a web site company

I need to paste or maybe copy a resume to a company web site where it has an
empty box to put my resume in.
Please someone help me with this issue

Select all the text in the document, click "Copy", put your cursor in the
box on the web site, click "Paste"....

You may however have to first save the resume as text - open it with Notepad
and reformat it before pasting to a text based web form.
