The 'success' you'll have with that can depend on
whether you have the updated Word 97 Web Authoring
toolkit installed.

and the construction of the website. Word 97's web
authoring tools are more limited than those of Word 2000
and up (built in to Word). For example Word 97 does
not support 'nested' tables (table within a table cell),
but it's not uncommon to find that layout technique used
in HTML (web pages).
