How do I permanently delete page 2 so a blank page won't print?

I have a document that has header/footers on it. I removed all information
except for the header/footers from page 2, then managed to get rid of the
header/footer on that page also. Now when I print I get a blank second page.
How can I simply delete the page 2 so it won't print?
