How do I post a comment to existing post?

I wanted to post a reply to a question I posted, and to the replies, bu I do
not see such an option on screen. How is this accomplished?

Click on the reply button on the toolbar. You'll need to sign in before you
can actually reply.

I'm using Firefox, so there's no toolbay; But I founf the reply button right
after I posted this (naturally)
