How do I post new information using Front Page?

I have not posted new information yet on Front Page. How is that done? I
need to post one line and make a link to a more information further down the
page.

Open the frontpage web, open the page, add the line of text to the page,
save the page. Publish..

Read the HELP files on hyperlinks.

www.frontpagewiz.com is a good tutorial for beginners.
