How do i power numbers eg. ten to the power of minus fifteen??

I want to type my numbers about atomic structure as neatly as poss and it
involves a lot of powered numbers, i can find symbols goin to eight but cant
find how to typ ten to the power if minus fifteen for example. have
microsoft onenote if it makes any difference

I'd type what you want, eg "10-15", then highlight the "-15", then
<Format><Text><Superscript>.
