How do I prevent a second personal wookbook from opening up?

Every time I open excel I now get a second personal wookbook opening along
with my original one, how do I prevent this?

Hi Tony

Check out you XlStart folder and remove one of the files

Where is it:

C:\Documents and Settings\Ron\Application Data\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

In Vista look here
C:\Users\Ron\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Excel\XLSTART

Note: Ron is the username in the path above
