How do I prevent multiple emails from appearing in my net folders.

I have set up and shared a net folder for my team to view responses to
emails. However, the folder now contains multiple copies of the same email
(I have seen up to 43 copies of the same email). I would like to reduce the
number of multiple copies that are appearing in the folder. Any thoughts,
suggestions? Thanks for the assistance!
