How do I prevent resizing of a block diagram?

I've created a block diagram using Visio Prof 2003. Then I've converted the
file to .html format.

When I open the .html file with Internet explorer the diagram is displayed
correctly, but when I cancel the pop-up block, the diagram is re-sized to
almost double the original size. The diagram is also re-sized in Sharepoint.

Please help me, because I can't find the answer in the help files.
