How do I print 90 different labels in excel, word or publisher ?

I am trying to print off 90 different labels (small) but all I seem to be
able to do is print off a whole page of the same item.
The items are Ref 1001, Ref 1002, Ref 1003 etc.
Can anyone help or got good ideas
