How do I print a 3x3 inch picture using Picture Manager?

I am trying to print 3x3" and 2x2" pictures, but I can't seem to get my
printer or my Picture manager to do it. I have 4x6 and 8 1/2 x 11 paper.
Does anyone know how to do this? Thanks!

The Picture Manager uses pixels as a measurement.
Go here and convert your image size

Paste the pictures into a blank Word document and set the size to inches
there and then print.
