In any calendar view, click the Calendar Coloring icon that appears o
the toolbar, Edit Labels. This allows you to change the labels of eac
of Outlooks 10 preset colors. Change one label to Dad (for example) an
one label to whatever else.

There are two methods to change the coloring of an appointment, one i
manual and the other automatic.

Manual – each time you create an appointment, you will see the “Label
field following the “Location” field in the appointment dialog. You ca
use this dropdown to apply Staff or Provider.

Automatic Formatting – you can add rules that will automatically forma
your calendar items. You may wish to use Outlook Help to learn how t
setup automatic formatting
