How do I print a folder content LIST not using "print screen"?

I want to print the LIST of a folder's contents, as shown when you click on
the folder and it gives you a screen with whatever criteria you've chosen,
i.e. document name, file size, date created/modifed, etc. For example, if I
have a folder with 10 documents in it, is there a way to print the LIST of
those 10 items without using Print Screen? I can find no way to print this
list without using the PRINT SCREEN feature. Does anyone know how to do this?
Prompt replies (e-mail address removed)

Thanks!

For a mere $18, you can get this utility bundle of small, but meaningful
applications. It does what you ask & so much more. I've run it for a number
of years, but it's just been taken away from me by our IT guys, who are
'protecting us from ourselves'. I miss it already.
