How do I print a notes section with lines next to the slide?

I want to print with two slides on the left hand side of the paper and next
to those slides on the right I want 5 or so lines for the attendees to take
notes. Does anyone know how to do this?

Two options:

(1) To get exactly what you want, go to the File menu and choose Send to
Microsoft Word. One of the options is just what you want.
(2) To get three slides with lines (not two), go to the File menu and
choose Print. Under Print What, choose Handouts and choose 3 slides per
page.
