How do I print a weekly schedule that starts on Sunday?

My workweek begins on Sunday, and instead of writing it out by hand, I would
love to be able to print a copy to hand to our phone center each week. I can
change the view of my calendar to a sunday start date, but it always prints
with a monday start date, or it prints on 2 pages with the dates I specify.
Any suggestions on how to fix this so I can print a week, sunday to saturday,
on one page?
