HOW DO I PRINT AN A4 SHEET OF A BLANK CHART ?

I'm guessing you want to print blank cells?

First select a range you want with lines, then...

Just use Format > Cells > Border
Or
Use the Borders tool on the toolbar and select all borders
to put lines around your selected area.
