If it's just an image, select it, click the Rotate button in the Arrange group
on the Picture Tools ribbon, and choose Flip Horizontal.

If it's a whole page including text, then Word can't do it by itself. You have a
couple of options:

- In the Print dialog, click the Properties button to get to the dialog that's
provided by the printer driver (it's different for each printer). Look for a
check box, radio button, or dropdown that mentions "t-shirt" or "transfer" or
"mirror image". If it's there, that's the quickest way.

- Make up the page in PowerPoint. Select it, cut it to the clipboard, and then
Paste Special as one of the graphics-type objects (PNG, JPG, etc.). Then click
Arrange > Rotate > Flip Horizontal. You can print it from PowerPoint, or copy it
and paste it into a Word document.

if it's text and picture try "copying all" and then "pasting special" as an
enhanced metafile into a new document and doing the "flip horizintal."

or, if you're using an inkjet printer like mine you may have a menu
selcetion for t-shirt transfer under paper type that prints backwards for
you and knows the special paper it uses.

didn't i see this in publisher also?

Not sure why you are putting an image in Word to print t-shirts? Simply
open the image in MS Paint(provided with Windows as an Accesssory) and
click Image, Flip, OK. Done deal.

FWIW, I use Word or PPT for T-shirt transfers since most of mine include
images, text, and borders. Plus the new graphic effects in Office 2007 are
an added bonus.

It's cheap entertainment for my kids. ;-)

Yep. I think most printers these days do these days.
