How do I print current envelope or range of envelopes in merged li

I am using Word 2000. I merged a list of addresses from Excel into Word
document to print envelopes. When I printed the entire document, it skipped
about 20 envelopes out of 116. It would print 3, skip 1, print 5, skip 2 and
on and on. When I went back and tried to print current envelope, it did not
work and always printed the page 1 envelope. Also when I used the advice
posted to print range using s1-s10, it worked but still skipped the same
envelopes as before and actually only printed 8 of the 10. I was printing to
a Canon iip4000 (inkjet).

Thanks Anne. I actually knew about putting the pages as s1-s10 to print a
range of envelopes. My problem is that the printer skipped or didn't print
some of the envelopes in the range. Also, when it was going to skip, it
printed the return address on the envelope just prior to the skipped one.

Perhaps the contents of the "address" is the problem.
