How do I print e-mail Properties when I print an e-mail in Outlook

Our company e-mail policy requires that when users print out and file an
e-mail that they also print out and file the 'Properties' of the e-mail. The
only way I can find to print out the 'Properties' is to go to File ->
Properties and do a screen capture. Is there a simpler way to do this? Is
there a VBA command for calling up the Properties window so I could write a
macro to do this?

No, nothing like that. However, if the properties you mean are user
properties on items then they will just print automatically when you print
the item.
