How do i print labels without saving them first?

when i try to print labels, a save box comes up automatically when i hit
pritn. I dont want to save every label i print and if click cancel or save
the box closes and my label doesnt print, and the label document box
disappears. How do i turn off this automatic save option and get my labels to
print like they always did before?

I take it that this is a pre-prepared label document? If by selecting PRINT
you automatically get the SAVE dialog, then it seems likely that the PRINT
function has been intercepted by a macro which forces a save first (if it
only occurs in that document then, the macro is either in that document - in
which case you have worryingly set macro security to low - or in its
template). Look for a macro called FilePrint and see what it does.

Alternatively, the printer has been set to a fax add-in or Microsoft
Document Imaging or any other "printer" that "prints" to a file.
