How do I print selected pages from different sections

I want to print 2 pages from each of 2 sections in a document, but the Print
Pages option does not allow me to specify the sections. Instead, if I put
print pages 1-4 it prints pages 1 to 4 of each section. If Itry to print a
selection, it does not print the header or footer.

If you put p1s1-p4s1, Word will print pages 1-4 of Section 1.

You need to specify the section numbers - assuming you actually do have
sections - in addition to the page numbers in each section. For example:

to print pages 5 through 7 in section 3:
p5s3-p7s3, or

to print pages 4 & 5 in section 2 + pages 3 & 4 in section 6:
p4s2-p5s2,p3s6-p4s6

From the W2007 Print dialog: "Type page numbers and/or page ranges separated
by commas counting from the start of the document of the section. For
example, type 1,3,5-1 or p1s1, p1s2, p1s3-p8s3." Note that this works in
W2003 as well.

So you might try p1s1-p4s1, p1s2-p4s2
