If you buy microperforated business card stock, such as the Avery products,
you don't need any cut marks.

If you're using unperforated heavy paper, then notice that each card is a
cell in a table. With the table selected, go to Format > Borders and Shading
and click the All button on the left to turn on printing borders on all
cells.
