how do i print the same letter four times on one page

I am trying to write a small letter to the students in my kids class. Since
the letter is short I wan to print four of them on one page plus a border for
each. I am using MS office 2003

Hi John,

Create the letter as you normally would -- full size on the page. You
may want to use a font size about 50% to 75% larger than normal,
because the printing is going to make everything half size. Just make
sure you stay within one page.

Use Format > Borders and Shading > Page Border to add the border
around the page.

Go to File > Print. Set the "Pages per sheet" dropdown to 4 pages. In
the Pages box, enter

1,1,1,1

which causes four copies of page 1 to print -- and all four will
appear on one sheet. Click OK.
