How do I print to a queue to print all of my documents at once?

My office uses a shared printer. I think there is a way to send all of the
documents you want to print to a queue and then release the queue when you
want them to print. Therefore eliminating someone accidentally picking up
your documents from the printer.

Does anyone know how to set this up?

Thank you!

You would need to check the documentation of your printer.

This may depend on the printer *driver* being installed locally even though
the printer is shared, but it's worth a try:

Control Panel | Printers and Faxes

Right click the printer in question, choose Pause Printing

Print from your apps.

When ready to release the stuff to the printer, repeat the same steps as above
but choose Resume Printing
