How do I print wrapped text?

The wrapped text visible on the document screen does not show as wrapped on
the preview screen as wrapped text on the actual print out. Why?

Hi Frank,

Is this text you're typing or pasting from somewhere?

In Word what view are you working in while typing?
The Print layout view reflects the printable document.
Normal view is a 'fast typing' mode that doesn't
necessarily match how something will print.

Are you manually hitting the enter key at the edge
of the screen rather than letting Word do the
wrapping?

In Print Layout view turn on the hidden character display
(paragraph mark/pilcrow icon on the toolbar) and look
for paragraph mark (typed returns/enter) keys indicators.

If it's pasted text then this article may help.

Thanks for the response Bob. The program I'm using is Microspft Project.
When typing in the task, I increase the height of the task line to allow the
text to wrap. Visually on the screen it appears correct, but when I go to
preview, it does not indicate wrapped text. It also doesn't print as wrapped
text. I can't fathom why the difference.
