How do I properly synchronize my email account with Outlook?

The incoming mail server is set to "mail.comcast.net" and the outgoing mail
server is set to "smtp.comcast.net", but I do not RECEIVE any of the emails
sent to this address on my Outlook software. Please note that I can SEND
email from outlook. Any guidance would be sincerely appreciated.

Check with Comcast to determine if they require authorization. If so, ask
them to help you set it up in Outlook.

Authentication is *always* required for receiving mail - it's part of the
POP3 protocol.

Maryam, do you get any error messages when you try to receive? If so, what
are they?
