How do I publish a Microsoft Publisher Newletter onto a Website

My preference is, create the newsletter, make a pdf file out of it and make
the pdf file downloadable.

Create a folder on your website (server), call it, newsletters

Upload your newsletter (or all for the year if wanted) into the
"newsletters" folder.

On your webpage create a link;

Get the newsletter here.

Create a link to the word "here".

Collect the word here, or the entire statement with the mouse, from the tool
bar click on Insert, Hyperlink

In the Hyperlink box type,

http://www.yourwebsite.com/newsletters/newletter.pdf

I prefer making available all the newsletters for the year available.
The newsletters carry filenames, i.e.,

2009_01.pdf
2009_03.pdf
2009_04.pdf
etc

(Note there are no spaces in the file names)

Then the link would read
http://www.yourwebsite.com/newsletters/

Now when visitors clicks on "here" it would take them to the folder
"newsletters" and all of the issues would be available in chronological
order.
