How do I purchase Access 2003 by itself?

I have Microsoft Office Student and Teacher Edition 2003; now, I need Access
2003 for my online college course. Is there someway, somewhere, I can
purchase just this program?

Correction,

That is $100 for the upgrade version of Access. The new version is around
$230.
