O

Ozzie

I own Microsoft office xp professional, but I have more than one desk top and
laptop computers. How do I purchase additional Licinse without buying the
complete package?

XP is a done deal. It's now two versions out of date. For future reference
tho, volume licenses begin at 5 seats and can be purchased from Microsoft or
an authorized dealer.

If it is for use at home then I understand that you can use the latest "Home
& student" version of Office 2007 on 3 machines at once (check that in the
licence terms before taking my word for it though). This might mean that you
could buy 1 copy of Office 2007 if you were eligible and use it on all your
computers (if you only need 3 licences). You get Word, Excel, Powerpoint &
OneNote (so no Outlook, Access or Publisher)

If this is for use in a business then JoAnn is right, you need to buy 5
licences at once, so probably not cost effective unless you need that many.
