How do I put a border around just 1 column?

I am using Word 2003 to make a booklet using a 2 column document. I wanted to
use word art and a border around just one column but I can only get it around
the entire page. Can you help?

Just use the drawing toolbar. The Rectangle tool should do it.

By the way, this is not a VBA question...
There is a word.drawing.graphics newsgroup...
