How do I put a border around Wordart?

I am making a transfer for a t-shirt with wordart and I want to have a border
around it so when I iron it on it does not blend into the shirt. how do I do
that?

All WordArt has separate color controls for the Line and Fill, like any
other AutoShape. You can change the color and weight of the line used to
outline the letters.
