I am creating a web page to use as stationary in Microsoft Outlook2003. I
want to make a border that goes around the page. I don't want the border to
be just a plain line. How can I create a boarder that uses an image from
another program such as Microsoft Word? Microsoft Word has page border art
that I like and want to use. Please tell me if there is a way that I can do
this.
