How do I put a publisher file on the web that anyone can view?

There are a number of sites that offer free web space that are accessible by
anyone you designate. I have a newsletter that I would like to put in one of
these hosting options that anyone without Publisher can view. I have text and
pictures in my newsletter. Thank you in advance.
